OAK BLUFFS, Mass. — An Associated Press source says President Barack Obama plans to nominate Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke to a second term. Obama is to make the announcement on Tuesday during a break from his vacation on Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts.
