We’re posting this rant to see if there is anyone else out there that might have been taken too, if so we need to hear from you because we are going to initiate a law sute. If at any time in the past 5yrs or so you moved into a trailer either in Cottonwood Estates or Sooner Mobile Home Park and put a large down payment down with the understanding that you were BUYING the home and the lot it sits on, please email us with your story (circumstances) Business is also being conducted under Double H Homes or H & H Homes…if you’ve done business with him in the past you know his name. . He is giving bogus contracts out and not notorizing them or recording them at the court house(He lies and says, this is temp paper work, he can’t find where his wife put the real papers). He takes the down and if you miss a payment or if you don’t completly pay the rest of the down he is getting forcible entry and detainer doccuments like you are a RENTER and throwing you out and keeping all your down and doing it to the next person. We have retained an attorney and he said it’s FRAUD and that he will make him accountable. There are about 7 of us here now with this problem and we would like to know if there is anyone else out there that has been scammed and thrown out by this company/man?
